Therapy session

One weekly therapy session focused on emotional regulation, stress patterns, and deeper therapeutic reflection.

Full time support

Ongoing WhatsApp support within clear professional boundaries and agreed response times.

Personalised plan 

A therapeutic plan tailored to your needs, goals, emotional patterns, and current pressure.

Two phone calls 

Up to two short support calls per week when needed, up to 20 minutes each.

Priority in Scheduling 

Priority in appointment planning, with more flexibility around a demanding schedule.

Selective Admission

Admission is limited and based on suitability, emotional need, and readiness for a deeper therapeutic process.
