An advanced, practice-oriented training designed for psychology students, counsellors, therapists, and early-career mental health professionals seeking a deeper and more structured understanding of trauma and anxiety.

The course brings together psychological theory, clinical understanding, case-based learning, and practical trauma-informed tools. Participants will explore trauma responses, nervous-system dysregulation, triggers, grounding and stabilization, the relationship between trauma and anxiety, and the principles of safe and effective therapeutic communication.

The training is designed to support participants in developing a more confident, informed, and ethically grounded approach to recognizing and responding to trauma-related presentations in professional practice.
